Ajustar el tamaño de las Textarea con CSS

Motivación

El tamaño o la etiqueta que el textarea tiene por defecto no es siempre el que se desea. Este código muestra como cambiar esto.

Aquí tenemos un ejemplo. El ejemplo incluye el textarea por defecto y uno pequeño, mediano, grande y extra grande. Si el contenido excede el tamaño del textarea aparece la barra de scroll de forma automática.
